Registrar Administration Support CBC St Kilda location Melbourne.
CBC St Kilda is currently, a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition, with an enrolment of approximately 500 students.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the position of education Support Officer - Registrar Administration Support – Fixed term - 2 days per week. This important role in the Education Support Team is a part time fixed-term position, beginning on May 4, 2020 and concluding July 30, 2021.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves assisting the Registrar with administration and data entry associated with the enrolment process including students transitioning out to other schools, assisting with the management of communications regarding student medical information, assisting with coordinating enrolment events, maintaining the accuracy of student records, other duties include reception relief, student attendance and answering phone calls together with other general administration duties as directed.
The successful applicant will also be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and EFTPOS, be adept in handling confidential documents and student information, and enjoy working with a close-knit team. A knowledge of SIMON (Student Management System), Caremonkey and Synergetic would be advantageous, as would experience in working in a similar position in a school setting.
A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (NPC) are required. Up to date First Aid and Anaphylaxis training is required.
