About the business McGrath Nursing Consultancy (MNC) is a community-based disability and rehabilitation nursing practice. Its head office is in Brisbane/Logan and provides services predominantly to South East Queensland and Northern NSW.  MNC provides a dynamic range of specialised services to people who live with acquired disability – spinal cord injury, brain injury and like physical disabilities.

The range of services provided includes continence Assessments and Management. Catheter Change Services. Nursing Care and Needs Assessments. Education and Training Services. This practice operates on fee-for-service and a billable hour's structure.

About the role responsible for your own case load including direct services in client's homes, case management, follow up and administration tasks. Team member of dynamic and niche small nursing business. Training and mentorship provided by an experienced CNC.

Skills and experience at least two (2) years registered nursing experience. Graduates with demonstrated undergraduate experience in the sector will be considered. Experience delivering nursing care to persons with acquired disabilities with particular skills and expertise (desirable) in neurogenic continence management and/or wound care. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and an understanding of the role of the unlicensed health care worker (e.g. disability support workers) in the community disability sector. Must have access to a reliable vehicle and open driver's license.
