Regional Office Administrator Beaumont People location Sydney. $38 per hour + Super.

About the role  the Regional Office Administrator coordinates and manages all administrative duties that facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the regional office. This will include providing administrative and organisational assistance to the regionally based Organiser/s. The role will provide front line phone and email communications in matters pertaining to established and recognised procedures, processes, and practice relevant to the organisations member’s employment and will accelerate matters requiring specialist advice and/or professional support to appropriate sources.

General duties include (but are not limited to) general administration duties, Liaising with suppliers and ordering of resources for the office. Updating and maintaining members’ records in the membership CRM database and electronic filing. Managing incoming calls from members.

Assist in the organisation and coordination of events and meetings, this includes sourcing and booking venues, catering, computers and equipment, contacting convenors and arranging, travel itineraries (where applicable). Prepare and arrange documentation for visits.

As a successful candidate, you will ideally have demonstrated experience in a similar high level administration role. Strong attention to detail, planning and organising skills and the ability to work in high pressure situations, to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines. High standards of integrity and discretion. Positive attitude to unionism. Excellent time management skills and highly organised.
