About the role
We are seeking a strategic, driven, and commercially-minded Regional Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and equity agenda across Southeast Asia. This role is critical in delivering brand development, lifecycle management, innovation, and integrated campaigns across our Vitamins & Dietary Supplements and Skincare categories. You’ll work cross-functionally with regional sales, supply chain, regulatory, and R&D teams while influencing senior stakeholders and managing a high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Lead and own the brand strategy and positioning across diverse markets
Manage full product lifecycle—from NPD to relaunches and packaging updates
Drive regional innovation and go-to-market plans
Execute integrated campaigns (ATL, digital, BTL) with agency partners
Own brand and market-level P&Ls to support smart decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply, R&D, and Regulatory teams
Coach and inspire a high-performing team
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
Ideally you will be a strategic marketer with commercial acumen & a passion for innovation along with:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
8+ years of brand marketing experience in FMCG, OTC, or consumer healthcare
Experience in Asia and Healthcare strongly preferred
Proven success in brand building, lifecycle management, and innovation
Strong project management and agency management skills
Highly analytical – confident in interpreting data and driving ROI-based decisions
Demonstrated commercial acumen, including experience developing and managing P&Ls
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially at senior levels
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
