Job Description Total Refrigeration Ltd is a Northshore based provider of refrigeration and HVAC services to Commercial and Marine business, ranging from design and build, preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown assistance.

We are looking for an experienced full-time Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join our team at Total Refrigeration LTD. Total Refrigeration is a 100% New Zealand owned company, which provides refrigeration and air-conditioning services to the commercial markets.

We offer installation, design, supply and maintenance, and our field of expertise extends to cool rooms, wine rooms, milk vats, bottle chillers, heat pumps, and ducted systems. We also specialists in the marine and super yacht industry.

As a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Engineer you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining various commercial and marine refrigeration and air conditioning systems. This will include attending breakdowns and completing new installations. There will be times that overtime is required to complete jobs. As our business is a 24/7 service company engineers are expected to go onto the on call roster for 1 week at a time.

Qualifications if you are a trade qualified Refrigeration Technician with a minimum or 3 years experience and/or have a relevant qualification with a proven service technician background or with a Refrigerant license, a current limited electrical registration and full drivers license with experience in breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance, are a good team player, have a strong customer focus and a good understanding of safety, then we welcome the opportunity to speak with you. Experience with Marine refrigeration would be advantageous.

Desired personal attributes a high degree of self-motivation including the ability to work unsupervised while managing your time and outputs. Experience with Marine refrigeration would be advantageous. Ability to communicate professionally with our clients and to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
