The company our client is a well-respected and reputable government organization that are well known across NSW. They believe in recruiting the best of the best and provide their staff with a friendly work environment with supportive management.

They are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Support Officer to support the day-to-day co-ordination and operation of the business unit. Our client is looking for someone to join their team in Regents Park ASAP.

The job reporting to a Team Leader, in this role you will be responsible for liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide recruitment advice and support in a timely manner, ensuring compliance to departmental polices and procedures. Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process of new staff, including obtaining recruitment approvals, reviewing position descriptions, assessing candidate applications, auditing submissions, scheduling interviews, sitting on interview panels, processing employment checks and extending letters of offers.

Update candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed at every stage. Assist management and staff by providing advice on recruitment processes, employment and personnel conditions, policies, procedures, processes, awards and relevant legislation. Provide administrative and clerical support services including the management and generation of documentation.

Respond to and refer telephone enquiries relating to recruitment and employment service matters project implementation, learning and development programs and other administrative matters. Maintain information systems and related databases including data entry and standard management reporting. Prepare relevant training course material including templating, formatting, printing, binding and stapling of documents.

You to be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas minimum 12 months of experience in a Recruitment Support position. Amazing customer service skills. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to stay focused in a busy, fast paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.
