Job description partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Sourcing and attracting potential candidates by using various platforms. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conducting interview and filtering candidates for open position. Following up on the interview process status. Making recommendations to company hiring managers. Hitting the target number of candidates recruited. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
Requirements preferably holds a HR related diploma or relevant education level. 1 - 2 years of work experience as a Recruiter previously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Position Part Time or Full Time are welcomed to apply.
