About the opportunity
Are you passionate about storytelling and bringing brands to life through engaging, authentic content? Join Australia Post as a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator and help showcase what makes our team truly special. You’ll be part of a collaborative and driven team that’s amplifying the voice of our people like never before. You’ll play a key role in taking our Team Member Value Proposition to market across a variety of platforms – from TikTok to LinkedIn – helping us attract the best talent across the country.

What you’ll deliver with us
As the Recruitment Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for creating and curating compelling, employee-led content that brings our team culture to life. You’ll work closely with recruitment and marketing stakeholders to deliver short-form video content that resonates with job seekers, while ensuring alignment with our broader brand purpose. You’ll also support our wider Talent Attraction team by producing content for events, campaigns and job advertisements. Success in this role means growing our internal ambassador community, increasing content engagement, and driving cost-effective marketing solutions.
You’ll also
Create, edit and publish employee-generated short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Work with team members nationwide to facilitate content that supports our “always-on” recruitment marketing strategy.
Attend and capture key events to curate engaging video content that reflects our inclusive and diverse culture.
Build and nurture a network of internal “Employer Brand Ambassadors” who share their stories and inspire others.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to manage recruitment marketing content requests.
About you
You’re a natural storyteller with a creative spark and a passion for people. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and know how to balance creativity with clear strategic direction. Curious and proactive, you’re someone who enjoys connecting with others, building strong relationships. You’re adaptable, organised, and always ready to roll up your sleeves.
You’ll also need
Demonstrated experience filming and editing short-form video content using smartphones and apps like CapCut, TikTok and Instagram.
A solid understanding of brand tone of voice and proven ability to create content aligned with employer branding and strategic messaging.
Experience in managing and growing content across social media, email marketing platforms, and career websites.
Familiarity with briefing creative teams and managing project timelines, feedback and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
Strong skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with content publishing, community management, and basic analytics reporting.
