Recruitment Coordinator Downer Nz location Auckland.
Due to internal promotions, we are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join the Transport Internal Recruitment team, based out of our Kerrs Rd, Wiri office. Full training is on offer for someone with a great attitude and solid admin skills.
About the role you will join a high-performing, collaborative team dedicated to delivering great talent and expert recruitment services. Your role will be to coordinate our stakeholder & candidate recruitment experience and to provide accurate and timely administrative support.
As a team, we connect people with meaningful career opportunities and provide the business with the resources they need to deliver the excellence we are known for. Working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines, a day in the life will include advertising vacancies.
Pre-screening applicants. Coordination of interviews and references. Processing pre-employment checks, collation of paperwork and onboarding new starters. Monitoring our Recruitment Inboxes and 0800 helpline.

Demonstrated customer service and administrative/coordination experience. Superb attention to detail, prioritisation, and organisation skills. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people from all walks of life.
Accurate and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. A curious & tech-savvy nature with the ability to confidently operate the MS Office suite and pick up new processes & systems quickly. A degree in HR, Management, or Marketing would be advantageous but is not required.
