Our role the Recruitment Coordinator role supports the national recruitment team, providing efficient and proactive administrative services and functions that contribute towards the achievement of the team's targets and outcomes.

In this role, you'll be the go to person for day to day recruitment coordination activities. You will organise interviews, post advertising, generate contract documents and respond to applicant enquiries, along with other administrative duties as required. You will need to have previous experience working in a similarly busy environment and have a strong applicant centric focus.

What you will bring prior experience working in a similar role supporting a team of recruiters. Proactive problem solving with a high attention to detail. Excellent organisational, time management skills and ability to prioritise. Experience at working in a confidential environment with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources and/or equivalent relevant experience.
