This is a commission based role with earning potential of up to $2k per week during peak season. This commission role comes with company phone, laptop, access to company IP and have administrative support.

Duties and responsibilities start off by servicing existing clients. Business development with existing networks in the market. Source the top talent for both temping and permanent positions. Interview and reference check candidates. Preform drug screening (training will be provided). Client site visits on a weekly basis. Administrative tasks as and when required. Implement and follow health and safety requirements. Keep up to date with the Transport, Warehousing and Logistics Industry requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate will have at least 12 months experience in the field of recruiting temp and/or permanent staff.

Be a great communicator, have a professional phone manner and ability to correspond professionally with clients and candidates. Have excellent organisational skills and timekeeping. Have the ability to generate new business with existing networks within the industry. Have initiative, motivation, and drive to deliver outstanding recruitment service at all times. You will have a high degree of self-awareness, resilience, and emotional maturity.
