You are an important part of our journey as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be joining a team of passionate individuals who help support and drive the growth of the organisation.

Working from the Penrose Office location, you will be responsible for collaborating with a range of different clients within the blue and white collar market. You will be driven to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many clients as possible find good people.

Manage your day take job briefs from clients. Advertise job opportunities. Source, screen, shortlist, interview, and place people in jobs. Prioritise candidate care and build meaningful relationships. Business development and account management. Attend client meetings, build rapport, and enhance relationships. Data entry - recruitment software (FastTrack 360 and OnBoarded).

Proven track record of business development success. Experience in recruitment (blue or white-collar labour hire preferred). Exceptional time management, organisation and presentation skills. Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service.
