What you will be doing an exciting opportunity has opened up to join our General Recruitment team as a Recruitment & Transactions Support Officer. This is a full time assignment located in our Station Street Office stratigically located in Penrith CBD.
The Recruitment and Transaction Support Officer will provide timely and effective administrative support to the Recruitment & Transactions team and where necessary, to the various areas within Workforce Services and Performance at NBMLHD.
In this position, you will engage in activities and be assigned varied tasks that will support the core recruitment functions. This also includes data management in ensuring that all information are maintained and updated in the recruitment system, spreadsheets, and trackers.
A strong customer service skill will come in handy as this role will serve as a frontliner and have a strong focus on building and retaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to facilitate their recruitment requests and enquiries.
You will be working collaboratively with other members of the Recruitment and Transactions team including other working groups, hiring departments, and counterparts as required.

Selection Criteria to be addressed demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Written, verbal, and telephone) with the ability to work effectively. Desire to learn and develop knowledge and skills in Human Resources and its Recruitment and Transaction Portfolios.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and processes, whilst undertaking various administrative tasks and duties with high attention to detail, confidentiality and discretion. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work activities to achieve work outcomes within deadlines.
Demonstrated effective accurate use of Microsoft packages such as outlook, excel and word processing applications, particularly in relation to data entry and data management. Demonstrated high level of accuracy, attention to detail and proven effectiveness as a team player including a flexible, self-motivated and pro-active approach.
Capacity to quickly learn new systems and processes using corporate software applications, such as ROB, Human Resources Information Systems and Rostering Systems. Natural strong customer service skills demonstrating a focuses, supportive and responsive approach to managing enquiries.
