Recruitment Administration Officer | NSW Government SB Recruitment Pty Ltd location Sydney, CBD, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. Salary $40 per hour + Super. Large and rapidly growing NSW Government Org. is seeking an experienced HR/Recruitment Administrative Officer to support their Recruitment team. The successful candidate will need to be well organized and have experience in high-level administration support. The Job in this versatile administration support role, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, booking interviews for managers, creating interview packs, extensive electronic database management using trim & taleo, busy diary management, liaising with internal/external stakeholders, responding to enquiries via email, phone and face to face. You to be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following at least 3 years-experience in a hr/recruitment admin support role strong diary management experience, trim/taleo experience is highly advantageous, strong stakeholder liaising skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines, strong attention to detail.
