Recovery Assistant ACC New Zealand location Auckland. $63,823 + 9% super.
Support our clients back to independence. Monday to Friday - no late nights, no weekends. Work from home up to 3 days per week after your induction period.
About the role as a Recovery Assistant, you will provide support to our clients recovering from injuries via phone and email, and allocated tasks. To deliver the best next action for our clients, at times your role will involve having difficult conversations and delivering unfavourable news, setting clear expectations on what we can and cannot support, making the final decision in situations that aren't black and white.
If successful, you will be working 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm. For further information about the role, please click here.
