The opportunity we are currently seeking a person with a talent for managing information and data to assist the Corporate Information, Records and Data Service in identifying COVID 19 document sets from across the organisation and ensuring they sit within the appropriate vital records register and repository.

Actively visit service groups to undertake stocktake of specific sets of records. Receive records being handed over to Corporate Information, Records and Data Service and process them according to set business rules. Analysis and Reporting. Keeping track of the activities, follow up end-to-end processes until completion. For all aspects of this role and experience/knowledge required please see the position description here.

Important skills given the nature of the role, you will have a good working knowledge of digital content such as Microsoft Teams, Network folders, databases, etc. You like the challenge of establishing and maintaining good working relationships with different customer groups, managing your own workload, identifying issues and resolving it. You have the skills and a strong commitment to engage with staff across the whole district to identify Covid-19 response records.
