Receptionists Randstad location Adelaide. $36 - $38 p.h. + plus superannuation.

Randstad is currently recruiting for multiple Receptionists to work within a busy Government Agency. This will require a high level of administrative skills, good communication, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

$36 - $38 per hour + Superannuation. Full Time Hours, Monday – Friday. Long-term contract in multiple locations.

About the role the receptionists will provide operational and administrative support to the team within the department.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Providing counter/reception support for the local offices. Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email or in person. Managing the team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiries.

Receiving, analysing and accurately recording complaints and any other feedback. Provide a high level of organisation and time management skills with the ability to meet complex and multiple deadlines through prioritising work accordingly. Enter related data into relevant systems and ensure the confidential management of sensitive information. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism across all duties and responsibilities.

We are looking for an individual that proven experience working withinental health, disability support or aged care are well regarded is highly regarded. Previous or current demonstrated customer service skills.

Advanced skills in word processing, Excel and PowerPoint applications. Experience working independently and in a team environment. Experience in working with high volumes of work. High level skills in verbal and written communication and able to deal with external and internal stakeholders at all levels.
