Your new company i am recruiting for a permanent Receptionist/Office Coordinator position based in the City South area for a Independent Market Research Company. Your new role this company are seeking a responsible, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join their team to look after their office environment and administration.

If you find yourself to be someone that has excellent customer service skills, strong communication and a pro-active attitude well then this may just be the role for you. What you'll need to succeed oversee day to day office environment to promote staff wellbeing and provide a good working atmosphere.

Maintain a professional and safe work environment for the Bay St office. Manage Front of House, including Guest greeting, answering phones, enquiries. General office duties such as ordering supplies, managing photocopying equipment, mail distribution, kitchen.

upkeep, confirming invoices, data entry, security pass management. Office Support across all Sydney, and small offices in Singapore and NZ. Supplier co-ordination - office supplies, IT, building management, deliveries, maintenance.

Manage All Staff communications. Meeting room management including calendars, equipment, set-up, pack-down, cleanliness and refreshments/catering. Assist with Asset Management of IT resources, allocating and tracking equipment.

Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of new or leaving staff. Coordinate staff travel. Assist the Culture Club team with activity logistics and birthday cakes. Collaborate with the leadership team on a range of events, operational, finance and administrative requirements.
