We are looking for ambitious Receptionist\ Front Office Coordinator who is willing to learn and become experts in specialised duties, offer excellent patient care, grow into trainers who can train new staff and be able to travel (all expenses paid) and help set up new sites.

What’s on offer we have exciting FULL TIME opportunities in Brisbane for caring and enthusiastic individuals for the role of a  Front Office Coordinator. We will provide complete training so you can expand your skills in Clear Aligner treatments using State of the Art Technology.

Your hours will be Monday to Friday (NO LATE NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS). The position is available for an immediate start and remuneration is dependent on experience. Full time hours are available and we are looking for long term members to join our growing team of clinicians and support team members. Location our practice is located at Stones Corner and is part of a national group that will continue to expand across Australia.

Growth opportunities for excellent staff that become experts in their roles, opportunities to manage or lead a team of Front Office Coordinators in our new clinics during expansion may be available in the future.

Further, there may also be paid travel to interstate sites where you will help with the training and development of others in years to come.

You will be integral in patient care including learning to do full mouth CAD scans with a state of the art intraoral scanner. You will also be hands-on in the delivery of clear aligners and patient coordination and remote monitoring. For our staff the opportunities for growth and career progression, are endless.

Successful applicants will be/have experience working as a Receptionist and\or Dental Assisting is preferred, however, candidates with the right attitude will also be considered for the role and training will be provided.

Excellent computer skills; proficiency in using Exact software is preferred. Caring and friendly personality; with a strong patient focus. Ability to multitask and prioritise. Self-motivated, reliable and willingness to work well as part of a team.

Professional presentation and communication skills. An eagerness to learn and be willing to undertake further training and education (for example; digital scanning of teeth and dental photography). Willingness to grow and advance your career heights is not possible within a normal dental practice.

Key responsibilities answering phone enquiries. Making and confirming appointments. Welcoming Patients. Processing payments. Chair-side assisting ( when required). Sterilisation procedures ( when required).
