Receptionist or Front Desk Kando Martial Arts Knox location Melbourne. $20 – $28 per hour.

Kando Martial Arts Knox is a rapidly growing, premier Martial Arts school is Eastern Suburbs Victoria, and we need to hire a detail-orientated, organised front desk person ASAP. Our school is located in Boronia, just off Lewis Rd in behind Knox City Shopping Centre & we need help to continue to provide our clients the top rate customer service that we're known for.

We're looking for a professional & enthusiastic type of person who is customer focused, but also knows how to get the job done. Superb at handling details and can think on their feet. Loyal and hard working.  Always follows through on promises and never missed a deadline. So productive that your previous employer considered hiring two people to replace you after you left.

Strong communicator with good computer skills and is able to work unsupervised. Comfortable in a fast-paced, small business environment where priorities can change quickly. The primary purpose of the Receptionist at Kando Martial Arts is to facilitate the Kando Customer Service Experience with students, customers, and potential customers. It is to furthermore develop the reputation of Kando Martial Arts as the premier Martial Arts club, through the enquiry, trial, joining and continuing membership of Kando Martial Arts customers.

Expected tasks customer liaison & general assistance to members. Presentation of membership options and facilities. Reception duties. Maintaining data base. Processing of payments. Ensure facilities are kept clean and tidy. Administration of student attendance and classes.
