About Mahitahi Hauora Mahitahi Hauora is a newly formed primary health entity established to transform how primary healthcare is delivered in Northland.  Our organisation operates as a Trust, is not for profit and works to support a primary health care system that sustains equitable self-determined wellbeing and ensures every person in Northland can live a long and healthy life.

The position we are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join our Mahitahi Hauora Commercial Services team. You will be responsible for providing reception and administrative support for the Whangarei office.

The key functions of this position include ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders that interact with Reception. Ensuring all communication is effectively and efficiently managed. Maintenance, functionality and tidiness of the Reception area and wider communal areas as appropriate. Administration support as required to ensure all programmes and workflows are well supported.

To be considered for this position you should have a passion for being at the forefront of our organization. An enthusiastic approach to guiding and supporting those who come into contact with our organization. An open mind and ability to change quickly as the need arises. Multitasking ability and a willingness to lend a hand at anything. Previous reception and or administration experience.

An intermediate level of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel. Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. An unencumbered drivers licence. Be a NZ Citizen or have a current NZ Work visa and the legal right to work in NZ. Experience in the health industry would be an advantage however not essential.
