Receptionist or Administrator H2R Consulting location Auckland. $60,000-$65,000.

We are looking for a superstar Receptionist/Administrator available ASAP to join our client on a permanent basis. As the first point of contact for clients and customers you will have a professional, yet easy going manner, as well as the ability to pick systems up quickly. You will also have experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

You will be bright and well presented, with a warm and friendly personality, along with the confidence to interact with a diverse range of people.

Core duties of a receptionist include greeting all visitors to the organisation, email correspondence, accounts assistance, office maintenance, booking and coordinating meeting rooms, and other general administrative tasks as required. If you are resilient, flexible, and have the right attitude where no job is too big or too small then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
