Do you want to be part of an innovative organisation making a difference in people's lives. Then The CARE Village needs you. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team as a Receptionist/Administrator.

The role the role is a full-time position which will include some weekend work. As the first point of contact for our visitors and families we require someone who has excellent customer services skills, is personable and empathetic in their approach, works well within a team environment, has excellent written and verbal communications skills.

The role includes all around office administration including social media, newsletter writing and financial data entry. Ideally you will have the following skills computer literate and experience of data entry and use of databases.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, word, excel, powerpoint, sharepoint. Basic accounting knowledge to support financial officer. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Attention to detail.
