Receptionist or Administrative Assistant OccFit Physiotherapy location Sydney.

OccFit Physiotherapy is looking for a friendly and hard-working receptionist/administrative assistant to work in our Emu Heights clinic. We are looking for someone to work approximately 30 hours spread over five days (Mon - Fri). Some flexibility available with hours, some days may require either an 8am start or 6pm finish. The role will include a variety of office tasks including reception duties, appointment scheduling, email and electronic file management, data entry and other ad hoc administrative duties.

Training will be provided but previous experience in a similar role is preferred. We are looking for someone with the ability to learn our system quickly, switched-on, independent and proactive attitude, great customer service skills - be the face of our business, care and consideration for patients who are often in pain, great computer and administrative skills with a care for details, experience with Cliniko is a bonus but not essential.
