Our vision is to be the foremost health facility delivering best practice inpatient and outpatient services in the South Eastern Melbourne corridor.   We are easily accessible from Eastlink and Monash Freeway as well as Princes Hwy and Heatherton Rd.

Key Duties and Responsibilities for this role include mental Health Consulting Reception duties. Appointment scheduling. Billing. Phone enquiries. General Administration duties. Essential criteria exceptional customer service.

Excellent time management and organisational skills. Reliability and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently with initiative and as a team member. Excellent verbal communication skills, enthusiastic and a positive CAN DO attitude. Strong computer skills. Attention to detail. Professional presentation.

Desirable criteria experience with WEBPAS, Blue Chip, Medicare/HICAPS, Health fund billing etc in a hospital setting will be highly regarded. Previous experience in Mental Health Clinic would be advantageous.
