Receptionist or Administration Assistant The Salvation Army NZ location Wellington.

Territorial Headquarters, Wellington. Belong to a culture of genuine car. Varied administration role Vibrant and friendly organisation. This is a permanent, part-time position for 25 hours per week with the hours 10.00am - 3.30pm. There will on occasion be the need to cover full days should our Receptionist be unwell or on leave.

About the role the purpose of this role is to provide reception cover and back up administration duties in support of our current wonderful Receptionist! You will also be providing administration assistance to our Communication, Personnel, Business Administration and Mission teams across the organisation.

We are looking for someone with well-presented first-class customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to develop skills in a range of administrative tasks, strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work, an ability to work in harmony with Salvation Army beliefs and practices, the ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information, experience in a similar role would be advantageous however training will be given to the right person.
