Receptionist or Administration Assist Pinnacle People location Melbourne.

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant/receptionist for weekday work. This is a multi-skilled role, with ideal candidates being able to help out the team in other areas, including food and beverage service. Exceptional customer service, energy, presentation and problem solving approach to this role is required.

The perks casual rates with full time hours, paid weekly. Immediate ongoing work available for the right candidate. Opportunity to also pick up weekend work for additional hours, Work-life balance.

About you administration and/or reception experience. Microsoft Office skills. Food and beverage service experience will be highly regarded. Professional presentation & demeanour. Exceptional organisational skills and phone manner. High level of communication; good English speaking and writing skills. Police Check (or willing to obtain one). Must have valid RSA or willing to obtain immediately.
