Knowledge, Skills, and abilities accurate keyboarding skills and a practical knowledge of computer software applications and the use of office technology. Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, formatting of letters and reports. Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills. Must maintain a well-groomed and business-like appearance. Ability to multi-task.

Duties & responsibilities front desk reception, Office and administration work, Strong communication skills, Exceptional phone manner, Answers telephone and provides information/assistance to callers or directs the call to appropriate staff member. Greets visitors to the office and directs them to appropriate individual.

Composes and types routine correspondence and memoranda using word processing software. Assists Office Manager with monitoring office supplies. Makes copies, collates, and staples materials as requested. Electronic & ingoing and outgoing mail, couriers, Manual Filing.
