Receptionist or Administration Synergy Nutrition Limited location Auckland.

Synergy Nutrition Limited is a dry blend dairy/powdered foods manufacturer that believes in a positive working environment, where everyone puts in their fair share and in return, achieves great results. We are looking for a receptionist who will be the sites face and forefront to our clients,visitors and incoming phone calls who will also carry out multi rolls in administration and the occasional light duty on the production line. Our Hours of work are Monday-Friday 7.30am-4.00pm.

Duties will include general Administration– efficiently complete admin tasks ensuring accuracy including data entry. Facilities Management – ensure safe and healthy environment for our visitor’s. Arranging courier’s collections and monitoring all their inwards deliveries. Ordering Stationery and other office supplies.

Role requirement friendly outgoing person who is willing to take on any task requested to help our team in a professional manner. High degree of accuracy. Meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional Communication skills. Strong multi- tasking skills. Strong computer skills.
