We are looking for a receptionist/ administration support person to join our team. If you are enthusiastic, friendly, organised and looking to grow your career we want you. We are a motor auction company in Moorebank who pride ourselves on providing friendly, comfortable service to our customers.
Key responsibilities greeting customers and welcoming them into our business. Answering telephone calls & inquiries. Administration support and other ad hoc duties. Booking in Vehicles. PPSR Checking. You are to take ownership of the role and we expect you to progress along the many paths offered by our company.
Experience & attributes exceptional customer service skills with previous experience an advantage. Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner. Detail orientated. Ability to multi-task and prioritise. Ability to work independently. Neat and professional presentation. Own Vehicle.
Key accountabilities include driving the delivery of high quality reception and contact centre services. Providing excellent customer service. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, staff and managers.
