The role a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis in the position of Junior School Receptionist / Administration Assistant.

This is certainly a busy role where no two days will ever be the same! As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all members of the community who contact the Junior School have a professional, positive and efficient experience. In addition to this, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Deputy Headmaster/Head of Junior School, Admissions Assistant and others.

To thrive in this position, you will require a strong background in Administration and Reception. Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a particular strength in word, excel and powerpoint. Experience using the School’s database, Synergetic (or an aptitude to learn) would be highly regarded.

A calm, courteous and welcoming demeanour at all times. Proven ability to work in a team environment, communicate proactively and listen and consult with others. Strong organisational and administrative skills and a proven ability in determining priorities.

An extremely high regard for confidentiality, reliability and integrity in respect to all interactions with members of staff and the wider community. Current First Aid qualifications are required (or the willingness to undertake such a course) as you will be required to provide first aid support to students from time to time.

A current Working with Children Check is essential for this position. If you do not have a current check, you would be expected to apply for one should you be successful in securing the position.
