Receptionist or Accounts Administrator Breathing Works location Auckland. $25 - $30 per hour.

What is the job part time role 0.6 FTE per week with some flexibility in hours to suit your family and lifestyle. Mixture of front desk reception work and accounts administration – lots of variety and challenge. Be an integral part of a friendly and passionate team focused on delivering excellence.

Right in the heart of Newmarket – stroll down the road to cafes, shops, gyms, and 100m from the Newmarket train station. Breathing Works is a physiotherapy practice that treats patients with breathing pattern disorders and other cardiorespiratory conditions.

An empathetic, intelligent, and competent team member is required for our clinic. We are looking to hire a permanent part-time Receptionist / Accounts administrator for approximately 24 hours per week.

Front desk reception where you will attend to patient experience and welcome patients. Answer telephone calls and email enquiries in a skilled and sensitive manner. Book appointments using Cliniko practice management software. Work within our system to ensure bookings and follow ups are complete. Manage front-of-house with other general administration duties.

Accounts administration where you will manage invoices, bills and payments and keep records up to date . Stock ordering, and inventory management. Operational requirements of the clinic including payroll and overseas transactions. Assist with accounting support duties for our sister company BradCliff Breathing Ltd. Use MS Office Suite, Xero Accounting Software, Stripe, Cliniko, Airsquare and integrate between  ystems. Work from home: there is an option to complete some of these tasks from home.

Who are we looking for you will Have at least 2-years’ experience in a similar role. Be open and coachable with a will to learn and be able to receive feedback. Have plenty of kindness and empathy to make others feel comfortable. A can-do attitude and ability to problem solve, including basic IT issues.

Be able to think on your feet, have great customer service skills, and know how to put patients first. Highly organised and self-directed – you will report directly to the Directors. Have excellent computer skills and experience with Office 365, and have an ability to quickly learn new systems and programs such as Airsquare, Stripe, and Cliniko and be able to integrate between systems
