We are currently looking for an Office Assistant/Receptionist who is a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join our team in Clayton. The successful candidate will have experience with many different areas of Administration & Reception duties. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9.30am-3pm.

About the role: Key responsibilities and tasks welcoming visitors. Answer, screen and direct phone calls and emails. Office administration including preparation of paperwork, scanning, typing and filing, Data Entry. Receive, sort and distribute daily mails and deliveries, arrange couriers.

Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and tearoom. Other tasks as directed by the Director, General Manager and Department Heads. About you Skills and experience required. Pharmacy experience preferred. High level of computer literacy and typing skills. Intermediate-Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook knowledge.

Be highly organised and have exceptional time management skills. The ability to work independently. Be friendly and outgoing.

Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many different personality types. The ability to multi-task and maintain a professional demeanour whilst working under pressure. Have high attention to detail. Great telephone manner.
