Receptionist cum Mailroom Officer x1, Monday – Friday, Working Hours Between 8:30 am to 6:30 pm 9:00am -6:00pm, $2000-$2400, (Bendemeer), Reports to Supervisor / Operations Executive.

Duties and responsibilities welcome, assist and direct visitors properly. Check visiting guests’ fulfilment and issue visiting badges. Maintain an information directory of all departments served by a telephone system for reference in making calls. Receive and screen phone calls to determine appropriate department or representative to direct to. Provides information to guests and staff in person or by phone. Monitor visitors’ assets as security awareness. Send and receive messages through all communication devices including fax ma-chine and telephone system.

Make quick response to phone calls or emails. Operate computer as well as using internet technology properly. Checking availability and booking the meeting rooms in the office. Checking availability and booking of the corporate passes. Maintain general filing system for all meeting requests properly. Have responsibility to maintain the working environment hygiene.

Arrangement and coordination of incoming and outgoing item (includes couriers and mails). Performing routine mail rounds daily. Filing and retrieving documents, within an established filing system. At times carry heavy products within the client’s premises. Any other duties commensurate with the above list. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Possess good communication skills. Attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office.
