About the Centre:

Eastbrooke Belrose Family Practice (Part of Bupa) services the local community, meaning patients don’t have to be a Bupa health insurance member or aged care resident to visit our GPs and allied health professionals.

The Opportunity:

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Eastbrooke Belrose Family Practice available for Medical Receptionists seeking part time work:

Working across 15 hours per week Tuesday 10am to 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Friendly, fun and dedicated team
Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs and Medicare
Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
You’ll be:

Our Receptionists come from a wide variety of backgrounds and work experiences. To be successful in the role, you’ll need:

Available to work part time Tuesday and Friday
Previous Medical Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided
You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about customer service and patient care
Organised with attention to detail
Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
