Receptionist and Office Administrator Private Advertiser Sydney.

We have a unique opportunity for a Receptionist / Office Administrator with our well established company based in Banksmeadow (5min from Eastgardens Shopping Centre). You will be an essential part of the team responsible for the daily operations.

To be successful in this role, it would be beneficial to have the following attributes knowledge of MYOB or equivalent accounting package. Knowledge of Google Apps, Microsoft Excel and Word. An excellent communication skill, both face to face and via telephone. Be a team player and have good planning and organizational skills. Hands on approach and not be scared to learn the latest electronic technology. This means that you must have a proactive approach to you daily work.

Some of your responsibilities will be phone system management. Meeting/greeting clients. Dealing with phone & account queries. Processing weekly inter-office stock orders, Invoicing, General administration, General filing and office duties. Scheduling service staff using our online platform.
