In this dynamic position, you'll embody the essence of our innovative school, serving as the welcoming ambassador to all who enter our doors. But your role extends far beyond greetings; you'll be instrumental in office management, health and safety coordination, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our facilities.
We're Seeking Someone who radiates brightness and energy, with exceptional communication skills. Possesses an open, welcoming demeanor, coupled with impeccable time management and attention to detail. Has proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite; prior school office experience is advantageous.
Delights in interacting with both children and families, recognizing the reception area as a crucial touchpoint. Thrives in multitasking, exudes friendliness and reliability, and demonstrates a high level of initiative, even in demanding situations. Brings a touch of humor to their work, enhancing the atmosphere for all.
Key responsibilities working in reception – assisting our community with queries, receiving mail (email & physical) & deliveries, providing admin support to Learning Coaches and the Senior Leadership Team. First Aid attendance. Monitoring of Health & Safety and Risk Management procedures.
Booking providers and transport for extra-curricular activities. Ordering school supplies. Organising the effective implementation of facilities maintenance. Supporting the Principal with HR Administration. Data input and use of the school management system.
Applicants must be computer literate and have an excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
