Receptionist and Administrator Support IOSIS Limited location Auckland.

We seek a friendly and efficient reception-based administrator to provide administrative support to our service team leaders whilst ensuring our clients and visitors receive a positive first impression of the organisation. In this busy and varied role you will take on general administration and reception duties, such as answering phones, greeting clients, filing, data entry and word processing.

This is a temporary role for a period of 6 weeks and our ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent administration, customer service and communication skills both verbal and written. Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to create and implement systems when required. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly phone manner. Excellent typing and computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous experience in administration or reception role. Ability to relate to a range of cultures.
