Receptionist and Administrator Evolve Physiotherapy location Auckland. $23 – $28 per hour.

Evolve Physiotherapy & Health is a busy Physiotherapy clinic focused on delivering exceptional care to our patients.  We have a fantastic team with a friendly and supportive environment. We are looking for an experienced part time receptionist to support our clinical staff and contribute to our focus of providing the best care to our patients. You will report directly to the practice manager and will work closely with our clinical staff.

Skills required clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills. An active listener who engages at a personable level with patients and colleagues. Professional, polite, patient and friendly demeanour. Strong attention to detail to ensure appointments, messages and tasks are completed with accuracy.

The capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, greeting patients, and managing appointments, helping with housekeeping in the clinic. Efficient time management to prioritise tasks and handle interruptions without losing focus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and the ability to quickly learn and use our software booking system. Reliability in consistently showing up for work on time and being present and attentive throughout your shift.

The hours required for this role are Thursday 8.30am – 6.00pm. Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm. Flexibility to cover other shifts when required from time to time. All training is provided, however Customer service experience is an asset. We offer a supportive and caring environment. A hard working, yet fun culture. Free car parking.
