Receptionist and Administration Assistant Maha Australia location Brisbane.

MAHA Australia Pty Ltd, a Leading supplier of Vehicle Safety testing Equipment and Automotive Workshop Equipment, seeks an Administration Assistant for our Head Office in Coopers Plains. This role is available for an immediate start.

Duties include but are not limited to answering telephone, transferring calls and relaying messages. General administrative duties, Data entry. Typing letters and quotes, Maintain and Process Job Cards, Meeting and greeting visitors to the office, Archiving & Filing, Purchasing of stationary, Assist with Accounts payable, receivable, Prepare Invoices, Mail Collection, Booking Flights, accommodation for company Staff and arrange Freight consignments for customers. Catering and setting up meeting rooms as and when needed. Maintain clean office environment. Prepare Labels and Pack small items for deliveries or pickups. Purchasing local & imports. Other duties as required.

Skills required 2 to 5 Years’ Experience in a similar position. Quick Learner and Positive Attitude. Excellent attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills - both written and verbal. Professional, friendly and courteous manner. Ability to work efficiently unsupervised and as part of a team. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Competent typist, Well presented, professional and well organised. Drivers licence essential.

An attractive salary will be provided for the right candidate. Working Hours starting from 9am – 5pm with Office hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
