Receptionist and Administration Assistant Skyline Landscape Services location Sydney.
We are looking for a new Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join the team in our Head Office. Your role would involve being the first point of contact for the office, answering phone calls and providing administrative support to Managers on a day-to-day basis. This is a busy multi-tasking role.
Some of your responsibilities will include answering the office phone, directing calls and messages via Outlook. Being the first point of contact for visitors to the office. Daily coordination of reception duties such as arranging couriers and distributing mail. Monitoring and ordering office supplies and kitchen amenities. Type and produce company correspondence such as, meeting minutes and proposals. Maintain and coordinate a variety of schedules/logs.
Filing of paperwork and ensuring all files are maintained. Arranging travel and accommodation for the team when required. Coordinate inductions for new team members. Other administration duties as directed. Your attributes and requirements. Must be available to start immediately. High level of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
Previous experience in a Reception/Administration Assistant role is essential must be well spoken (both written and verbal), professional and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. Have a progressive, team-oriented approach to problem solving. A multi-tasker with the ability to work under pressure. Friendly, outgoing and have a 'can-do' attitude. Ability to use Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook. Drivers licence required.
