Receptionist and Admin Assistant location Orchard / River Valley, Central. Job Type Full-Time. Company Name Machspeed. Education Level O-Level. Career advancement, next to mrt station. Job responsibilities handle phone calls & serve walk-in customer, manage and monitor incoming /outgoing documents within office and boutique, reservations of meeting rooms, liaise local and overseas courier, daily posting, collection and distribution of mails to different departments, keep record of office’s stationeries and pantry inventory, supervise the maintenance contract for whole group and handle any office or related equipment or fixtures repairs, supervise the janitor as per required, ensure the cleanliness of the pantry, general administrative duties and assist different departments in the company (e.g typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc), ensure all vendor’s database up to date, able to serve drinks to visitors, organize the corporate uniforms & accessories, ad-hoc duties as required by the company. Job requirements minimum gce ‘o’ level with at least 2 years administrative support/customer service/reception experience, proficient in ms office, customer service oriented, working hours 9am-6.30pm, 5 days, salary range $22000.
