Receptionist Best Future Child Development Centre location Melbourne.

We are seeking the right person to join our team as an Office Admin Manager/ Receptionist /Administrative team member. As our organisation provide allied health and early intervention or young children. The reception part of the role is to communicate and receive parents and their children. The administration part of the role involves scheduling, invoicing, etc. We are looking for someone who will strive for customer service excellence.

Must be available Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5pm) with a view to long term full-time employment.  The position currently is for 35 to 38 hours per week. This position is front of house reception which includes greeting patients, booking consultations, answering telephones, liaising with parents, teachers, other health professionals; recording files, filing, photocopying, keeping a clean and efficient office.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and energetic, reliable and loyal who is looking for a long-term career in administration.  Someone who has common sense and excellent attention to detail. You'll need excellent communication with very good command of the English language, the ability to multitask and prioritise and be able to work autonomously as well as harmoniously as part of our team. Experienced in this type of role is highly valued. You must also hold a current Australian Driver's Licence and own your own motor vehicle.
