The company we are a well-established orthodontic practice who uses the latest technology to create beautiful smiles every day. Our patients are our top priority and we endeavour to develop strong relationships to ensure their visits are comfortable, relaxing and positive.

The role our practice is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic receptionist to become a part of a team of 4 receptionist working across both our Maroubra and CBD locations to perform the below duties answering telephone calls & email enquiries. Scheduling patient appointments. Entering patient data into practice database. Processing accounts and payments. General administration duties.

Skills & experience this position does not require previous orthodontic or dental industry experience and instead we are looking for the below transferrable skills outstanding customer service, Excellent computer skills, Organised and motivated, Work well within a team.
