About the role we are on the lookout for a Receptionist to join our Auckland Client Experience team. This is a permanent opportunity, working 32 hours per week. We are open to flexibility around hours for the right candidate.
As part of the Client Experience team, your role is to ensure our clients have an exceptional experience when they work with Buddle Findlay. Working alongside the Client Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for welcoming all visitors into our office. On a day to day basis, you will assist with managing our meeting room booking system, liaise with our food and beverage team and prepare rooms and spaces for various meetings and events including any AV requirements. Other responsibilities include event management, assisting with general administrative tasks and making travel arrangements for our people.
About you experience in a corporate environment or high-level hospitality organisation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to display a high level of professionalism at all times. Energetic and enthusiastic team member. Fantastic multitasker, who excels in a fast-paced environment.
