Receptionist Horizon Radiology location Auckland.

Horizon Radiology is a New Zealand owned business that offers a wide range of diagnostic imaging services including; x-rays, ultrasounds, pregnancy scans, including 3D and 4D imaging and steroid injections. We are looking for a polished professional receptionist to cover a full time position at our various locations in Auckland.

We have clinics in North, West, Central, East and South Auckland. Please only apply if you are able to start on the 28/01/21. Main duties include welcoming and registering patient’s, banking, booking appointment’s through inbound call’s and supporting the Sonographer’s.

You will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook. Have an excellent phone manner. Be an excellent communicator. Be a time management superstar. Be very organised and willing to take ownership of the full running of the clinic. We offer a lovely location to work at and a great team environment, along with a supportive management team.
