Description
Receptionist PERSOLKELLY location Wellington. Salary $22.10 p/h.
Located in Central Wellington, you will accountable for the day-to-day task allocation provided by the senior receptionist. You will be working both individually and as part of a team to provide high quality Customer Service and other administrative duties as requested.
Duties will include (but are not limited to) welcomes on-site visitors, facilitates their arrival and departure in conjunction with the host. Monitors building access and issues passes as required. Monitors maintenance contractor access and facilitates their requirements. Arranges taxis for staff and visitors as requested.
Answers incoming telephone calls, redirecting callers or taking and delivering messages as required. Provides callers with Customs address, directions, and other information as necessary. Makes travel arrangements including air travel, accommodation, rental cars and taxis. Provides accurate travel advice and options to travelers. Acts as a central collection point for issuing uniforms, dry-cleaning, identity cards and passes to staff.
Skills & experience proven experience as a receptionist. A solid understanding of the Machinery of Government. Experience in the Public Sector (preferred). Professional friendly manner, able to remain calm, diplomatic and customer focused when faced with problems, urgent requirements or difficult situations.
Effective time management with demonstrated ability to be punctual and to use time effectively and efficiently. Sound analysis, judgement and problem-solving capabilities. Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. Sound computer literacy including ability to use Microsoft Office.
