Receptionist YMCA of Auckland Inc location Auckland.
We are looking for an energetic Receptionist to join our team. Your hours of work will be Monday to Thursday from 2.15pm to 10.15pm and Sunday from 2-8pm. The purpose of the role is to provide a high standard customer service to our members. Sales and Retention form a crucial part of this role and tasks such as completing sales and renewal processes, member communication and lead management are part of this role.
What will you be doing general Administration, Stadium bookings. Loading Fitness Memberships. Following up on payments. Processing payments, cashing up, checking float variances and daily banking. Promote services YMCA has to offer and upselling memberships. Maintaining stock.
What experience/skills do you need high degree of computer literacy, including intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft based programmes. Record keeping including strong administrative skills. Cash handling and reconciliation experience; good attention to detail. High degree of Customer Service experience – min 6 months. Ability to up-sell and cross sell products and services. Knowledge of the recreation and fitness industry desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills.
