About the role we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated receptionist to work alongside our current administration team covering the front desk on 3 afternoons per week. This clinic already has highly experienced administrators that have been within the company for many years. Given the growth of the company we have had some internal movement that has allowed us to begin looking for an ideal candidate to take on a support role here.

The role will be between the hours of 1pm to 5 or 6pm each day. This is an energetic clinic with several physiotherapists, hand therapists and psychologists. In this role you will be reporting to the Wellington CBD Clinic Manager and be part of an MDT service including multiple physiotherapists, psychologists, OT's, a hand therapist and several orthopaedic surgeons.

With extensive training the successful candidate will be required to assist with providing administrative support for our Clinicians and Rehabilitation Professionals – including reception cover including making appointments and answering phone enquiries in a timely manner. Allocating work to, and liaising with our rehabilitation professionals. Liaising with service funders and invoicing them for work completed by our staff. Ensuring contract timeframes are met. Accounts receivable. General administrative tasks.

What we are looking for If you enjoy dealing with people, speak and write fluent English and have excellent computer skills, this could be the role for you! A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and be part of a busy team are all must haves. Knowledge of ACC and Gensolve Practice Management System is preferable. This is a varied and challenging role. You will require excellent organisation and communication skills to be successful in this role.
