Receptionist Simply Feet Podiatry Clinic location Otago. Salary $18.50 - $23.50 per hour.
The successful applicant will be employed in a role that will focus on providing an excellent reception service for our wonderful clients. You will enjoy welcoming clients, attending to their needs and making sure they receive a first class experience. You're exposed to a variety of administration duties you'll enjoy a fast paced and challenging role. You must love people and enjoy getting to know new people quickly. You are capable and confident with computers, preferably apple mac's, and willing to use a variety of software applications to streamline operating systems. You love to help people - you are always willing to give 100% and you actively participate in the success of the clinic. You are willing to do the right thing for the clients every time, you will put their needs first. You will openly discuss the challenges, daily actions and opportunities in your role because you value improvement.
You can follow systems and structure in your role. You are happy to be part of regular reviews, to improve your abilities in the role and improve the roles capacities as we grow. You can effectively prioritise your time. You have a great sense of humour, and you are a passionate and motivated person. You are highly competent in daily reception /administrative duties, and able to learn new things quickly. You are proficient with the use of English language, and have great communication skills both online and in-person.
You have the ability to plan, are a details person and love to organise and provide structure.
